Rules

#1 Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this forum.

#2 Only one username per person please. (Accounts set up on the same IP address will be assumed to be created by the same person.)

#3 Be charitable: No blasphemy. No profanity. No personal attacks on forum members. Do not use the term Prots/Prods/Protties unless citing another work (such as Vin Lewis's work). The correct term to use is “Protestant.” Eastern schismatics will be referred to as Eastern Orthodox because that is what they are commonly known as.

#4 No racist comments or discussions and no race-related discussions.

#5 No posting of information related to you or another forum member's personal identity including but not limited to: Having an avatar with your real picture on it, having your last name in your username, posting your e-mail address in a thread, posting pictures of your family, etc.

#6 Discussions of sedevacantism are to be contained in the “Debating Sedevacantism section." Further rules for debating sedevacantism are located in that sub-forum.

#7 Only refer to members of the forum by their official forum username, even if you know their real name in real life.

#8 Limit your location field to state and country only.

#9 Those who engage in antics of denouncing members of this forum on blogs, other forums, youtube, or any other website will be banned from the forum until they desist from such actions, remove all such posts, and offer a public apology.

#10 Threads that vere off topic will be locked. Starting with the post that veered off topic, the thread will be renamed and placed in the proper category. After a certain time period the original thread will be opened again to resume the original topic.

#11 Do not mention the diocese, eparchy, or parish that you are part of.

#12 Posts that go against charity, resort to name calling, or violate any other rule are subject to be edited. In the case that they are edited, the SUBSTANCE of the argument will be preserved.

#13 Do not question the Forum Owner's rules, handling of other forum members, banning of other forum members, or motives for allowing this or that subject to be debated on the forum in an actual forum post. These matter should be addressed in a private message to Rasha Lampa.


Minor violations of these rules will result in the offending material being edited out and a warning being issued. More serious infractions (blasphemy, revealing a person's personal contact information) will result in the user being banned. This may include a IP address ban.
