Why are the Legionaries still promoting vocations......... and to eight graders? Kick them and out and shut them down! Do these churchmen care about the youth or what?

Within the LC there are a lot of good Catholics, and I think that it is generally better to salvage whatever can be salvaged in an organization in some cases rather than to disband altogether. The cost of disbanding may perhaps be far higher. Perhaps new vocations to the LC might be fruitful and pleasing to God; who knows.

I agree that there are a lot of good people in there. That is precisely why I say send them to the dioceses. We can use good priests in the general parishes and the Legionaries tend to be bad as a group the individuals are usually good. Sometimes I think these "new groups" are just ways to siphon off the orthodox seminarians who would otherwise be in a diocese and keep them contained in a group that just works for its own ends. Kind of like how the SSPX siphoned off many people who would otherwise be Feeneyites, Fr. Feeney was a "traditionalist" way before Mons. Lefebvre. But the SSPX holds the same Neo-Catholic line on salvation.
