Maybe the forum ladies will like this blog by a Catholic mother who lives in southern Oregon. Her husband is spearheading an effort to get the TLM offered locally.

Cool find! I love it when people post documents (coloring pages, lesson plans, activities, etc.) as it gives me good ideas for CCD, and good ideas to pass along to homeschooling mothers that I know!

(PS-- I keep hearing more about 'clubs' for little girls and boys. We have a few at my parish... so I wonder why everyone keeps pointing out the alleged social retardation of homeschoolers when there seems to be no end of homeschooling and/or extracurricular activity groups!)

I will definitely pray for their TLM efforts!

Funny that the same people that say that homeschooling produces some sort of social retardation, make no effort to show how allowing a child to have a television in his own bedroom, allowing children to have unrestricted access to the internet on their cell phones, or to go to "Catholic" schools where heresy is taught is harmful. These practices truly make a child socially and morally retarded.

Nice blog by the way. See, there is a way for girls to be involved in their Faith without being female altar boys.
