Do Feeneyites still exist?
It seems like most of them have gone away. Even the Saint Benedict Center has softened their position on Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus:
https://catholicism.org/
They appear to be more irked at being on some of the FBI's extremist lists than about Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus. Also, they seem like they are having trouble getting individuals to join their orders. Any insider information?

Hi Jehanne,
As to the last, I don’t have any insider information as to whether they are having trouble getting individuals to join their orders. Brian Kelly passed away (RIP) just over a year ago, and he will be sorely missed, but as far as anyone else who may have “gone away”, for whatever reason, I really can’t say, though I still see that some of the same guest contributors are still active.
I just discovered the FoSBC:
“The Friends of Saint Benedict Center was established in March, 2019 to provide moral and material support for the faithful Catholics of the Saint Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire. Those loyal Catholics, because of their traditional beliefs and practices, are now enduring an unjust and unprecedented persecution by the troubled, scandal plagued Diocese of Manchester” (About FoSBC | Mysite).
I often read Br. Andre’s Ad Rem articles, and always enjoy them, but as far as Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, I can say that Br. Andre relayed to me (when asked) that neither he nor the St. Benedict Center has a problem with the traditional understanding of Trent, Session 6, Chapter 4, on “the desire thereof”, so yes, you could say their position has “softened” over the years.
But it still militantly defends Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, as well it should.
Their current position is detailed in this 2017 Letter:
In response to recent events and inquiries that have been made about them, this letter, written to ecclesiastical officials as part of an ongoing dialogue, is now being posted on our site.
Update (September 16, 2023): To date, Father de Laire has not replied to this letter.

Hi, Jehanne.
I don't know how they're doing, but I almost joined. I had some correspondence with Br. John Marie Vianney about 3 years ago.

Thanks for your replies, especially, Mike, for that letter which I was not aware of. It does seem like they have at least moderated their rhetoric, if not position, over the years.
