Bishop Robert J.McManus and Brother Thomas Augustine MICM,Superior,St.Benedict Center,Still River,MA, interpret Vatican Council II with the 'possibilites are exceptions' error
Similarly they both have changed the Nicene Creed from 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' to 'I believe in three or more known baptisms, desire, blood and invincible ignorance, which exclude the baptism of water and since they are known they are known exceptions to the dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus and examples of known salvation outside the Church'.
When there is a reference to invincible ignorance they interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994) and other catechisms(Trent,Pius X etc) as referring to known people saved outside the Church, when in real life there are no such known people. This is another example of their 'possibilities are known exceptions' error. This is how they also re-interpret Mystici Corporis, Quanto Conficiamur Moerore etc.

They both reject the Syllabus of Errors and the past ecclesiology of an ecumenism of return, with LG 16, LG 8, UR 3,NA 2 etc which are hypothetical possibilities being considered practical exceptions to the dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus and the old exclusivist ecclesiology. This was the wrong interpretation of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, Prefect of the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith, in Christianity and the World Religions (1997) the theological paper of the International Theological Commission.
10. Exclusivist ecclesiocentrism—the fruit of a specific theological system or of a mistaken understanding of the phrase extra ecclesiam nulla salus—is no longer defended by Catholic theologians after the clear statements of Pius XII and Vatican Council II on the possibility of salvation for those who do not belong visibly to the Church (cf, e.g., LG 16; GS 22)...'-International Theological Commission, Christianity and the World Religions(emphasis added)

This is how all religious communities and lay people interpret magisterial documents in Worcester.
They use the invisible people are visible premise.Unknown cases of the baptism of desire etc are assumed to be known cases of salvation outside the Church.People saved in Heaven are allegedly visible on earth. This is the basis of the New Theology and the New Ecclesiology which contradicts the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can people in Heaven also be seen on earth saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church?
They are following the irrational theology of the USCCB and its former Director on Doctrine, Fr.Thomas Weinandy, who correctly pointed out the theological errors of the present pontificate, in his Open Letter to Pope Francis.
How can possibilities be real people in 2017? Yet this is the understanding of Bishop Robert McManus and Brother Thomas Augustine and the rest of the members of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary(MICM).This is their interpretation of Vatican Council II.
They can choose to interpret Vatican Council II like me. I do not interpret Vatican Council II with LG 16 etc being exceptions to Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus. There is no 'development' in Vatican Council II for me.Since Vatican Council II (premise-free)does not contradict the magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century.Possibilities are not defacto, concrete cases for me.
For this reason it seems opportune that we reaffirm our faith in the Roman Catholic Church, the unique Church founded by Our Lord Jesus Christ, outside of which there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means leading to salvation-SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012
http://archives.sspx.org/superior_generals_news/2012_general_chapter/2012_general_chapter_statement_7-19-2012.htm
Also for me 'outside the Church there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means leading to salvation' without entry into the Catholic Church. In Heaven there are only Catholics.
So Vatican Council II (premise-free) for me, is not a rupture with the past ecclesiology of an ecumenism of return which was rejected by Pope Benedict. For me Vatican Council II does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism and non Christian religions. There can be no known salvation outside the Church for us human beings.
Many priests in Rome agree with me.They say that the baptism of desire etc was never an exception to Feeneyite Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus. It was never a practical exception to the past ecclesiology of the Church.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Robert J.McManus and Brother Thomas Augustine MICM,Superior,St.Benedict Center,Still River,MA, interpret Vatican Council II with the 'possibilites are exceptions' error
Bishop Robert J. McManus, bishop of the diocese of Worcester and Brother Thomas Augustine MICM, Superior,St.Benedict Center,Still River,Mass.,in Worcester interpret Vatican Council II with an irrational premise. They infer that LG 16, LG 8, UR 3 etc refer to known people saved outside the Church in the present times. So Vatican Council II theologically becomes a rupture with the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus) and the Syllabus of Errors.Only known people saved outside the Church in the present times would be a rupture with Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus.Possibilities and hypothetical speculation with good will are not actual people in 2017.They mix up what is unknown as being known.
So the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary offer the Tridentine Rite Mass with the new ecclesiology based on the 'possibilities being exceptions' error.Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance)etc in Vatican Council II are only possibilities. But they are considered exceptions to Feeneyite Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus and and so Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition.
