Janitors Excathedre Dogma

Forum Janitor's Excathedre Proclamation
On the Forum Rules thread there appears what looks on the surface to be an excathedre pronouncement but on closer examination I noticed that it may well contradict an earlier dogmatic declaration which stated, "No member shall be permitted to use their real name."
Nevertheless, there has been a case where one particular member has had a "Real Name Desire" and although he was permitted to hold this desire as an implicit posibility, it now emerges that this desire has become "explicit" and the "Real Name Desire" has become a "Real Name Fact"
How am I ever suposed to defend a dogma again?
